RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately our items are handmade and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. In the event a product is damaged it will be handled on a case by case basis.
Our TAT (turn around time) is approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date (for all made to order items) excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ensure each item is sent out in a timely fashion. If there is an issue with your order you will be notified. In the event we cannot reach you regarding your order for 48 hours the order will be canceled.
