How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Made to order will take extra time as well because we have to order materials before processing.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has been processed. Please note that delays with the carrier may occur and are outside of our control. During the warmer months we will try to ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. If you place and order after that, your order will be shipped Monday. We don’t want your candle sitting in a warehouse and have a chance of melting.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

Why does my candle look slightly different than the photo?

All of our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color or appearance are completely normal and part of the process.

How strong are your scents?

Our products are designed to be highly scented and long-lasting. However, scent strength can vary based on room size, airflow, and personal preference.

How do I use scent boosters?

Simply add your desired amount directly into the drum of your washer before adding clothes. Then wash as usual for long-lasting fragrance.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We use high-quality ingredients, but we always recommend doing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Are your products safe for pets?

Our pet sprays are made with pets in mind, but always use as directed. For other products, keep out of reach of pets and consult your vet if unsure.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items are restocked, while others are limited edition. Be sure to check back often or follow us for updates on restocks and new drops!
